A Five Star Termite & Pest Control were referred to us by my sister. They had provided excellent exterminator service for her for years so when we moved to San Antonio, it was only natural that we would give them a try as well. When we moved in, we had purchased a couple of used mattresses that we suspected had bed bugs. The mattresses were already in the house when we realized we might have a problem so we called Rick and his guys to do a bed bug inspection and subsequent bed bug control. Gross – luckily A Five Star are a top notch pest control company and got rid of them and they haven’t returned thankfully. Since then, we have called them for all of our pest management needs – various wildlife removals, general pest control like ants, cockroaches and mice removal etc. Once we even called the for a bee removal. We tried for over a year to get rid of a mouse control problem on our own. The exterminator technician was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly thorough. Their rodent control cleared up the problem pretty quick. We signed up for their regular maintenance schedule and now they do all of our pest management from general pest and termite control to bee removal to an annoying bed bug control issue last month. We get great service and their green pest control products and procedures are safe for our dog too.

I am on a scheduled maintenance plan with A Five Star Termite & Pest Control to take care of all of my pest management and termite control needs. This company is great, from the office staff to the exterminators, they are all very organized, professional and customer service oriented. I feel great about their green pest control methods and the ecological, family / pet safe nature of the products they use. In fact, that’s why we originally chose them – due to their environmentally friendly approach that is also very effective too. Every summer, ants attempt to enter my kitchen and wreak havoc but the ant control from A Five Star keeps them at bay without harming my daughter and cats. I was terrified when I heard a squeaky kind of sound and scratching somewhere in the ceiling. I immediately surfed the web and found A Five Star Pest Control who said offers nuisance wildlife removal. The exterminator came out in no time and did an excellent job. They found a raccoon and babies and were able to trap them (while remaining calm because I certainly wasn’t) and without hurting them. They even gave me advice about raccoons and wildlife and how to avoid this problem in the future. I wish I had heard of them when I needed bed bug control last spring. Instead, I hired a company that my boyfriend knew and it was a very different experience. From now on I will only be calling A Five Star for all of my pest and ant control etc!

We are a military family and just got stationed in San Antonio. We were excited to move but our new place definitely needed some work. It was an old house and right away I suspected termites and knew we needed an exterminator so I called A Five Star Termite & Pest Control for a termite inspection. These guys looked everywhere – around the baseboard and door frames, the perimeter of the house etc. They were really thorough and unfortunately termites were present but thankfully they did the termite control which is one less thing on my mind to worry about. The termite removal was pretty routine and it;s a relief not to worry about the house falling down around us.
